Returns and Refunds

L&M Boutique offers full refund (minus shipping cost) or replacement on a faulty or defective items within 14 days of dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products L&M Boutique will not offer refund or exchange if you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake during the ordering process. So please choose carefully and check your details and all spelling before submitting your order. However, if you do make a mistake, please let us know and we will try to offer a solution. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their address details are correct at checkout. L&M Boutique will not replace or re-send an item which has been sent to an incorrect address unless the replacement cost of the item and postage is covered by the customer. If an order has been returned to sender, we will happily re-post at the expense of the customer. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or an issue with your order please email us at info@lmboutique.com.au and explain the issue, please include order number and photos if possible. If we’ve made a mistake or if there is a faulty item, then we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible at our cost or offer a refund (minus shipping cost).


To start a return, you can contact us at info@lmboutique.com.au or via contact us page. Please ensure to include your name and order number on any return request so that we can process this efficiently for you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unused with all tags intact and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. Goods must be sent to us with a tracking number. L&M Boutique is not liable for any missing returns, and we can only process your return once the product has been delivered to our warehouse and inspected by our team to ensure it meets refund or exchange requirements. 

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
