Returns and Refunds

For your piece of mind, L&M Boutique offers 30 Day Free Return | Full Refund policy, regardless of the reason for the return. If you simply changed your mind, you are still eligible for a Free Return on a regular priced items within 30 days of purchase.

If the return item(s) have been purchased within Sale or Promotional Offer, you are still eligible for 30 Day Return | Full Refund less (minus) shipping cost, regardless of the reason for the return.

You can return your L&M product for a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Full Refund (including shipping fee) will be issued on a regular priced items.
  • Full refund (minus shipping fee) will be issued on a sale/promotional items.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item returned must meet the following conditions:

  • The return is processed within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Returned items are in its original condition: unused, all tags attached, in its protective dust bag and original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • The item is not a gift voucher

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return.
  • You are required to send the product back to us within 7 days of return initiation.
  • For the Regular Priced return item(s): Print the Prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email and send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging/shipping box using the label provided.
  • For the Sale/Promotional return item(s), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item(s). Post the item(s) to the return address that you will receive by email. We cannot guarantee that we receive returned items, therefore a registered tracking number must be provided. You may also choose to use a shipping insurance. Once the package is shipped, please email the tracking information and your original order number to the info@lmboutique.com.au or via Contact Form

After the item(s) has been received, our team will review and inspect the product(s) to ensure that they meet the return conditions outlined above.

Once approved, you will receive

  • a full refund (on regular priced products);
  • a full refund minus shipping cost (on sale/promotional products)

Your refund will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving your returned item(s). We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been finalised. Refunds may take up to 2 days to appear in your account depending on your method of payment.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased within Final Sale period are non-refundable. The product(s) participating in the Final Sale will be clearly marked as “Final Sale Products” on the product page on our website. We ask that you choose carefully when purchasing a final sale item(s). 

Cancellations and Amendments

You have 2 hour window after placing your order to request cancellation or amendment.

Please email us at info@lmboutique.com.au or via Contact Form to request an amendment or cancellation.

Amendments include:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change of item colour or style
  • Adding and/or removing items from the order
  • Applying discounts/gift cards
  • Full order cancellations

We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it cannot be modified.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after 2 hours of order placement.
